About
Do you ever feel like you’re running on empty, giving endlessly to others while struggling to extend that same kindness to yourself? Perhaps you find yourself caught in cycles of self-criticism or wrestling with emotions that feel too big to handle alone. Maybe you’re yearning for deeper connections but find yourself holding back or you’re simply tired of feeling like you need to be everything to everyone.
You are not alone. As women, we often navigate a complex web of expectations, responsibilities, and relationships, all while trying to maintain our own emotional well-being. We’re experts at caring for others, but sometimes struggle to offer ourselves the same grace. We sense there’s a different way to be with ourselves – one that feels more authentic, more compassionate and more alive – but the path to getting there isn’t always clear.

A Note from Michelle:
ELATE was created out of a deep respect for the inner lives of capable, caring people.
In my work with leaders and professionals, I’ve seen how often individuals carry immense responsibility while rarely being given space to rest, reflect, or be genuinely supported. We ask people to lead with clarity and compassion in increasingly complex environments — yet we seldom create conditions that allow those qualities to be nurtured.
ELATE retreats are designed to offer those conditions.
These experiences are intentionally slow, thoughtful, and carefully held. They take place in environments that invite calm and presence, where learning can deepen not through pressure, but through care. At ELATE, emotional intelligence is not treated as a skill to master, but as a way of relating to oneself and others that unfolds over time.
My intention is for participants to feel both supported and challenged — to leave with practical tools, renewed clarity, and a deeper sense of self-trust. Transformation here is not dramatic or forced; it is quiet, meaningful, and enduring.
ELATE is part of a larger vision of work and leadership that is humane, authentic, and enabling — where people are free to bring their full humanity to what they do, and where growth is supported with intention and respect.
