The Round Up

See Yourself Here

What would it be like if you gave yourself the gift of Shine? What would your time look like here? What would life look like if you were kinder to yourself? What steps would you take to free yourself? How would it feel to disconnect from who others need you to be, and reconnect to who you are and who you want to become?

How would you show up if you knew that you could and would be free to get back to yourself? And - be accepted and appreciated truly for who you are?

Focus Areas & Key Takeaways

A woman is speaking to a group of people seated on the floor in a living room, with candles arranged in front of her. Others are sitting attentively, and the room has light-colored walls, wooden blinds on windows, and a large wooden cabinet.

❋ Space to Breathe

Made the Difference

“I really liked that it was "far away" in the mountains. The beautiful view at the cabins and the drive there and back was amazing. I know being removed from my routine lets me open up more to new things, so this was very positive.”

❋ The Pause, Recharge,

and Reconnect was Fueled by

Getting the Details Right

“Stepping out of my routine, being physically out of my typical environment, not making decisions for 48 hours all allowed me to fully engage with the learning, the sound bath, the meditation, and the quiet spaces.”

A group of women gathered in a kitchen, engaging in conversation and smiling, with a woman wearing a gray hoodie speaking to others, and a sign that says 'Bon Appetit' hanging on the wall.

Our Shared Time -

The Full Agenda

Holding space during Shine! 2026 meant that we manage the details so that attendees could grow, explore, and find freedom in the natural beauty and warmth of the McBride house. Every activity, and meal was thoughtfully and intentionally crafted, so attendees were free to sit with themselves and each other,

We arrived and settled in, before completing our opening circle, where we set intentions, and learned emotional intelligence fundamentals.

Day One: Arriving & Emotional Awareness

We began the day with wellness work to ground into self-compassion and emotional awareness, before moving into art therapy, reflection, and group work. We ended the day with intentional self-expression and rest.

Day Two: Deepening & Integration

We took the time to recount our learning, integrate the new wisdom, and affirm the shifts and mindset changes. We affirmed ourselves, and each other, before ending our time together with our closing circle.

Day Three: Gathering & Expressing Wisdom

Each day attendees were given the freedom to move and learn with the group, or take the time they needed to integrate the wisdom privately. Here we hold each other in softness, and without expectation, with the goal of accepting each other, and lifting each other up.

& cool nights made warmer by laughter, joy, and intentional community

  • "The sessions were very well planned out to allow me to dig deep, then relax with my feelings, then engage again. The somatic yogas was an excellent experience and the sound bath was a treat I will give to myself again! The art was so wonderful and I intend to start working on letting myself be free to do art. I might get a piano and start to play again."

  • “ I had been feeling like I needed a vacation away from all the noise of my life. This was even better than that.”

  • “The location in the mountains felt like a great way to disconnect, the personal experience with the group of women, the personal touches of flowers, journal, mug with names, the schedule so I knew what to expect, and food!”

  • “It was a wonderful way to recharge and refocus without all distractions of life around for the weekend.“

  •  “I don't think I've ever had all my meals prepared for me for an entire weekend before, and with a young kid it seems like "what's for dinner" is always in the back of my mind. I can't say thank you enough.”
